Privacy Policy

Crazy Dude LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains how the Almost Eats mobile application handles information.

Information you provide

Almost Eats lets you create custom restaurants and menu items, add photos, and record virtual order activity. This content is stored on your device. If you enable iCloud features, supported app data may also be stored in your private iCloud account so it can sync or be restored across your Apple devices.

Photos

When you choose to add an image, Almost Eats requests access only to the photos you select through Apple’s system photo picker. Photos are used to display your custom restaurant or menu content.

Purchases

Purchases and restoration of Almost Eats Pro, and optional consumable support tips, are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive or store your payment card information. Apple may provide the app with transaction status needed to complete a purchase or unlock purchased features.

Advertising

The free experience includes advertisements provided by Google AdMob. The Google Mobile Ads SDK may process information such as IP address (which may be used to estimate general location), device or app identifiers, advertising data, ad views and interactions, crash logs, and performance data to provide, measure, prevent fraud in, and improve advertising. Consent choices are presented where required. Access to Apple’s advertising identifier is subject to your device settings and any permission Apple requires.

Third-party services

Google processes advertising information under its own terms and privacy practices. You can learn more in Google’s Privacy Policy. Apple processes App Store purchases, iCloud data, and App Store analytics under Apple’s own terms and privacy policy. We do not sell personal information.

Data retention and control

You can edit or delete custom content and order history inside the app. You can manage iCloud data through your Apple account and device settings. Removing the app may remove local data, while data already synchronized with iCloud may remain available for restoration.

Children

Almost Eats is not designed to collect personal information from children. The app simulates fictional food orders and does not facilitate real purchases or food delivery.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the app evolves. The effective date above identifies the latest version.
